Request for Customer Data
The Rotary Vocational Fund of Arizona, Inc. invites customers to fill out an online feedback form on the TRVFA.org website. We ask for information such as your name, company name and location, address, phone number, email address and comments. When you submit your online feedback form, this information travels via the Internet and is stored for future reference.
Web Server Cookies and Log Files
Like most standard website servers, we use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.
Customer Data Protection
The Rotary Vocational Fund of Arizona, Inc. does not reveal customer data to third parties including but not limited to third party affiliates, software publishers, and business partners.
As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy stores or assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that The Rotary Vocational Fund of Arizona, Inc. or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Children’s Privacy (Under the Age of 13)
The Rotary Vocational Fund of Arizona, Inc. takes children’s privacy seriously. We do not seek to collect personal information about children through our website. If we become aware that a person submitting personal information to us through any part of our website is a child, we delete the information as soon as we discover it and do not use it for any purpose, nor do we disclose it to third parties. Since we do not seek to collect any personal information about children, and we delete information collected inadvertently as soon as we discover that a child has submitted it, we typically retain no information about children that could be reviewed or deleted. If a parent requests review or deletion of information about their child before we have discovered and deleted the information, then we will of course honor that request.
The Rotary Vocational Fund of Arizona, Inc. periodically uses email to send newsletters, notify customers of current promotions, and to send updates about services and products we’re offering. We use the email addresses you provide on our online feedback form or otherwise for these purposes. Customers and website users can indicate whether or not they wish to receive email messages from us. If you do not wish to receive information regarding The Rotary Vocational Fund of Arizona, Inc. products, services, and promotions, let us know by sending an e-mail to info@TRVFA.org with the Subject: Opt-Out and we’ll discontinue sending you email marketing messages.
